Who travels privately has the chance to choose their destination freely – which is not the case for business travels. This can especially be a challenge for LGBTIQ+ employees, when the destination is one of the 71 states in the world which criminalize LGBTIQ+. How can organizations best prepare their employees and which resources should they provide in order to protect them? How can HR managers brief LGBTIQ+ staff upfront?
These, among other questions will be examined in this LGBTIQ+ Diversity Focus Session.

What is a Focus Session?
Once per quarter, and exclusively for our We Stay PRIDE partners we host LGBTIQ+ Diversity Focus Sessions in which we dive deep into selected issues relevant for HR and Diversity Management. We will issue factsheets and guidelines to all topics, which can be accessed after the event via our Diversity Collection.
