This can especially be a challenge for LGBTIQ+ employees, when the destination is one of the 71 states in the world which criminalize LGBTIQ+. How can organizations best prepare their employees and which resources should they provide in order to protect them? How can HR managers brief LGBTIQ+ staff upfront?
