You want to become a LGBT+ friendly employer but don’t know where to start? You live a LGBT+ friendly corporate culture but don’t know how to communicate this to the outside world? You are already advanced in LGBT+ diversity management and would like to know what measures are needed to become a LGBT+ champion?
Answers to these and many more questions can be found in our four-part online LGBT+ diversity training! With it, we would like to give employers a comprehensive overview of LGBT+ diversity and its various measures and implementation possibilities to help them become even more LGBT+ friendly.
The training is offered quarterly. The four dates are spread over two weeks (17 November | 19 November | 24 November | 26 November) and last one hour per date. If an appointment cannot be kept, it can be made up for in the next quarter without any problems and at no additional cost. The criteria for the respective training part will be sent to the participants in advance to give them the opportunity to collect questions and submit them online (see below “YOUR QUESTIONS”).
The 50+ criteria of the training are drawn from our comprehensive LGBT+ Diversity Audit of our employer seal PRIDE 500, which was launched more than 3 years ago and has been developed further every year with the help of a LGBT+ Expert Advisory Board. In the meantime, more than 50 different companies and organizations have already gone through the audit and used the results to improve their LGBT+ diversity management. The 4 parts of the training are based on the 4 categories of the audit (organisational structure | HR & recruiting | visibility & communication | legal framework and regulations).
Everywhere! The training will take place online and can be attended from anywhere! Just register, join the zoom meeting and take notes.

09:00 Uhr: short welcome and introduction of the trainers (Laura Homma; Consultant at UHLALA Consulting | René Brandt; Consultant at UHLALA Consulting)
09:10 Uhr: structured passing through individual parts of the LGBT+ Diversity Audit and its respective criteria, including answering the participants’ questions
10:00 Uhr: End of the training session
We will be happy to provide you with a certificate for your participation at the end of the training. You can purchase this for 99€ after the training or book it directly with your ticket. To do so, please select the Partner/No Partner Ticket + Training Certificate.
The participants will receive from us in advance, the individual criteria for the respective category, in order to prepare for the training and to be able to ask questions they have already in advance (also anonymously). In this way we can prepare the answers and make sure that we can answer your question. Of course, questions can also be asked during the training. You will receive the link to the platform on which you can ask your questions in the registration mail after your registration (check also the spam folder).
The training is aimed primarily at diversity managers, recruiters, HR managers and executives. We would also like to point out that the individual criteria mainly refer to large and medium-sized companies and organisations. Representatives of small companies are also welcome to participate in the training, but individual measures would have to be modified to adapt to the given resources. Unfortunately, we will not have the time to go into this extensively during the training.

For UHLALA partners the training is free of charge. Each partner company may register 2 participants for the training. You will find a list of all UHLALA partners below. For all others, all 4 training parts together cost 99€. Simply register for the training and you will receive with your registration confirmation the access to all four online training dates. If you are unable to attend a training session, you can make up for it in the next quarter free of charge.
If you decide to register for the PRIDE 500 Employer Seal or the LGBT+ Diversity Audit afterwards, the 99€ will be deducted from the price of the seal or the audit.
