In this Focus Session, we take a closer look at what companies should look for in LGBTIQ+ friendly recruiting. We will discuss why inclusive language is important in job postings and what benefits it brings to the company and the applicant. Of course, we also explain how inclusive language can look like, which phrases should be avoided and how LGBTIQ+ can be addressed specifically. We will not only look at the written communication, but also at the imagery used in recruiting and how this reflects the company culture.

What is a Focus Session?
Once per quarter, and exclusively for our We Stay PRIDE partners we host LGBTIQ+ Diversity Focus Sessions in which we dive deep into selected issues relevant for HR and Diversity Management. We will issue factsheets and guidelines to all topics, which can be accessed after the event via our Diversity Collection.
