Outdated gender roles have long shaped applicable law and practices in working life, leading to the emergence of the gender care gap, among other things. Fortunately, the forward-looking debate on reconciling family and work is not diminishing and companies and policy makers are addressing the issue.
However, how are LGBTIQ+ parents and their children considered in the benefits and newly created family-friendly structures? Do all regulations apply to them equally?
In this focus session, we will provide employers with knowledge that will support them in successfully integrating the legal and social situation of same-sex couples and rainbow families in the implementation and design of measures.

What is a Focus Session?

Once per quarter, and exclusively for our We Stay PRIDE partners we host LGBTIQ+ Diversity Focus Sessions in which we dive deep into selected issues relevant for HR and Diversity Management. We will issue factsheets and guidelines to all topics, which can be accessed after the event via our Diversity Collection.
