Language and consciousness are closely linked. Anyone who strives for gender equality cannot avoid gender-appropriate and inclusive language use. But what exactly is inclusive language? What forms does this language take? To what extent can it counteract discrimination and how do I implement it in corporate communications? Proper language use also includes an awareness of sensitive formulations and phrases that should be taken into account.

What is a Focus Session?
