Having a great job title might come at the price that you feel suffocated by your job. On the other hand changing your career path might seem very hard and painful. This is not a guideline how everybody can land their dream job. Its about my personal experience (including pitfalls) from dreading Mondays to finding a profession and a company blueprint that fits well with my talents and personality.

Ina is a senior data analyst and leads the webanalytics team at DKB Code Factory GmbH, an IT start-up of the Deutsche Kreditbank AG (DKB). After a successful career in the travel industry she changed her path to data driven roles in e-commerce and Fintech. She is a volunteer with WID Berlin, the European branch of womenindata.org, and an avid believer that one should never stop being curious and trying to learn new things.
